System 32 compatible, however it does not conform precisely to rigid system 32 standards due to the "Custom" style of this library. The main construction method is drilling for butt & screwed joints with blind dado joints on all fixed shelves and partitions. This collection utilizes holes in the underside of the Decks for fast location of adjustable leg bases for knock in style 150mm toe kicks set back 40mm and utilizes Benchtop fixing holes to top rails. This Library has been designed for use with Steel Sided Drawer Systems and contains drilling in the rear of the drawer fronts for knock in drawer front fixing clips. Furniture Collections
The following collections include sophisticated furniture designs and the CNC programs needed to fabricate them. Each has been produced, but construction does require a higher level of knowledge and skill. Thermwood offers a paid service to assist in the machining and assembly of these designs and technical assistance beyond basic guidance is offered through this service.

Designed for CNC production, the line requires laminating and trimming fixtures for the curved parts (fixture programs included) which are processed using the vacuum table on the CNC router. To remain true to contemporary fashion, it is best made from maple or straight grain wood such as rift cut oak and is attractive in either solid color finish, wood grain or combination finishes. Training in the use of laminating and trim fixtures is available. |
